In all seriousness, I was approached by your fellow students to create a modeling competition so this is the fruit of your labor. I want a nice clean competition. I want to establish a safe environment where you can share, critique and improve each others art. Yes, it is a contest, but only in order to push you to improve yourselves. 1st Challenge Begins
Hail Gladiators, Your first challenge begins now!!! Switch over to the Challenges page to read the brief. Please add any posts you would like to make bellow this thread.
Well, you guys know where she came from right? :D the race I mean ;) well, this take me like 30 to 1 hour, not shure how much time. She have a really good story behind the scene :P, just think about she is someone important behind Han Solo's life lol. Hope you guys like it, this is just a rough, I wake up this morning and saw the new thread about the challenge. PS: Sorry for my english, I'm still learning ;)
Here the image, I think that posting this stuff will be better in a forum, for news and updates use the blog.
I'll see what i can do about the forum. I'm new to this, so whem i get time i'll figure it out.
Like the pic btw, keep at it. Remember the world of the old republic takes place 3000 years before the movies. You can still do a twilek, just make it your own. CHeck out the lnks for the character clases.
Well, for a basic forum I recomend you simplemachines forums http://www.simplemachines.org/ or, if theres some budget buy vbulletin, you can customize it a lot http://www.vbulletin.com/, that is the one that conceptart.org use. Like the form. Need to work on those hands and the head. Also remember this guy is gonna have clothes on, he is a Jedi afterall (not a lot of naked jedi running around), so start thinking what your dude's going to wear. Start by checking out SW: The Old Republic site and start getting ideas for costumes. I think your done with the body, now lets get into some real design work. ps- anatomically speaking your dudes sketch looks kind of disturbing in the crotch area.

ReplyDeleteAqui directamente no so puede creo, tienes que linkear de otro lado. Usate Imageshack o Photobucket o hasta Flickr si tienes.
